A classic blend of favours whih are a match made in heaven. Our Handmade Blackcurrant and and real Cornish Clotted cream has been  crafted with passion and expertise. The juiciest and tastiest Blackcurrants have been simmered reduced down to intensify the flavours, this is then swirled though our rich and creamy, melt in your mouth clotted cream fudge. 

We make all our fudge with a touch of Cornish Clotted cream for that velvety smooth melt in your mouth finsih, we add just a touch more in this recipe. Crafted with love in the heart of the North York Moors, our fudge is a harmonious marriage of flavours that will transport your taste buds.
