  • Delivery Schedule

    Orders are dispatched within 3 days of purchase. However, we endeavour to turn orders around within one business day, but please note that our products are made fresh to order. Dispatches are made Tuesday -Friday  excluding Bank Holidays

  • This is a fresh product that will perish, the shelf-life is 2 weeks please consider this if ordering as a gift or special occasion and set an advance delivery date at checkout if neede.

  • All orders are shipped from KItcheb using Royal Mail services 

  • 3 working day dispatch (excludes weekends) on all orders.
  • We generally do not dispatch on MONDAYS. We aim to dispatch 4 days per week . on Tuesdays to Friday.

    Royal Mail Tracked 24 - delivery aim once shipped 1 working day: £5.50

    Orders over £40 are free of charge and will be sent by Royal Mail tracked 48.

    Collection is also available free of charge. Please contact us at info@rubysfudge.co.uk before placing your order for collection.
  • We cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control but if you are experiencing any issues, please drop an email to hello@earthandelements.co.uk and we will look into this for you! If you need your order in a hurry, please select the tracked 24 option at checkout

  • International shipping. We are currently pausing all international deliveries from our co.uk site,.
  • Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as Flat Cap Fudge cannot be responsible for orders with incorrect delivery details.
  • Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable if it then goes missing, and if the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
