One bite and youll see what all the fuss is about. Our Handmade Real Rum and Raisin Cornish Clotted Cream Fudge is crafted with passion and expertise. Plump raisins are soaked in dark rum  and folded to our creamy, melt in your mouth fudge.

Made with only nautural ingredients, we juice and zset real limes and infuse them into Whitby gin bfore being incorportated into our amazing flat cap base recipe. We then add a touch of Cornish Clotted cream for that velvety smooth melt in your mouth finsih.

Black Cherry, Chocolate and Brandy Fudge

A classic fusion of favours whih are a match made in heaven. Our Handmade Black Cherry, Belgium Chocolate and Fudge is crafted with passion and expertise. Plump dried black cherries are soaked in cherry brandy overnight and then gently folded to our creamy, melt in your mouth clotte cream fudge.
